So as I was making this terms schedule I needed a multicultural perspective course to fit into my schedule as I am an English literature major going into special education. Walking into class and seeing that I was going to be taking an LGBT based course had me shook. I was intrigued yet shocked by the fact CSI even held a class like this.  I think its really nice to see people going along with something rather putting their own take about something they really have not a clue about. As of right now, I really have not a clue how this course will benefit me or what its even about for that matter. I believe it will make me more open-minded and give me a greater perspective on others lives and the life they live. As far as I know: African-American, white, Asian, bi, trans, gay or whatever you are; we’re all humans with feelings.
