Before going to see the poetry I was expecting it to be some basic poetry, people standing in front of a room reading from a paper rhyming some words or something along those lines.  Well, I was completely wrong.  The poetry we saw was nothing I have ever seen before and it was pretty interesting.  Having someone play an instrument while the other us performing the poetry gave it a completely different feel which was great to listen, making it feel more like a performance then just a normal reading.  Also the sound poetry was very fun to listen too and even though it wasn’t for me, it was entertaining to watch. Overall a good experience and I’d go back.
