The preformance by Tracie Morris and Rommi Smith was simply amazing! It was just….. WOW. I’ve never been to a poetic event before to I was going in blind. Going in blind and coming out Intrigued. Especially, when I witness that artistic rhythm called “Sound Poetry”. Sound Poetry is something alien to us… well that what I thought. Truth is, it’s all around us in every way, shape, or form. Rommi Smith’s performance was also interesting. Then is came to Smith using different accents in her poetry. I was frightened a little bit because that was completely unexpected. It’s an experience I’m glad I didn’t miss.
