I signed up for this course on a whim. I just needed this course to fulfill a credit requirement. Given the vague course description on the CUNY website I wasn’t sure what I was expecting. So I was a bit stunned that this turned out to be an LGBT course, but I consider myself to be an open minded individual. After a hiatus from school I am excited to return and contribute my opinions, explore a subject that is a tad extraneous to me, and engage in dialogue with my fellow classmates.
